   BRONZE SPONSORSHIP  $450
• Your logo on all online promotional material including social media, and
website.
• Complimentary stall hire as well as preferential stall placement (after Silver
sponsors).
• Advertising space of your logo and website link for a full year on our website.
 

 STALLS
 • Food Stall $375     • Commercial Stall $275     • Non-Profit Stall $175

*Power Access (limited) $25    *Public Liability  $25

 

Your stalls will be pre-allocated and we will show you to your stall on arrival.

The stall comprises 1 trestle style table measuring 1.8m x 75cm
and 2 chairs.

Tables must be covered by a tablecloth and you will need to provide
this yourself.

Consider putting boxes on the table, under the tablecloth, to make a bi-level
display which creates more interest.

Powered Stalls: Please bring along an extension lead just in case yours
doesn’t reach the power point. Power cords should be taped to the floor to
avoid anyone tripping over them. Power cords may not be laid across walkways.

  FOOD STALLS
We do not require food stalls to have a City of Sydney certificate since this is in Marrickville Council.
However, we do expect that you’ll adhere to strict food hygiene rules and regulations..
 

  PRODUCTS

All food and products sold, sampled or given away must be 100% vegan.

Hall rules (imposed by the council):

No additional furniture may be brought in to the hall

Nothing at all can be stuck to the walls

No cooking allowed in the hall (warming only, eg bain marie)

There will be a council caretaker on hand to make sure we’re in line

Rubbish: Each stallholder will be responsible for the removal of their rubbish
and leaving their area clear on departure.

Free List: Your stall registration allows for three people per stall.
Please provide these people’s names so that we can put them on the list for
free entry. All others must pay the $10 entry.

Assistance on the day
Our volunteers will be wearing themed T-shirts (colour to be announced!).

Unloading and Set-Up Times:  8.00 – 9.30am

Loading is via the side doors on Frederick Street. These doors will be opened “at 8.00am for exhibitors to unload and set-up and will be
closed at 9.30am.

Please unload and move your car to the free council car-park (entry via Fisher Street) before setting up to avoid traffic congestion.

Loading through the lobby is not allowed so please ensure everything is in the
hallby 9.30am.

Please do not start packing up before 5pm as there will still be customers there until that time.

Side doors will re-open at 5.15pm and close at 7pm.

Please have everything packed and ready to go before bringing your car around.

All foods, drinks or products sold or displayed on the day must be 100% vegan!

To our loyal & fantastic customers,

You may be wondering why you are not able to get Butter Me Up in your local shop at the moment.

There are a few reasons why – at the end of last year we had some major challenges in our production processes for BMU, the most serious one was the loss of our organic Coconut Oil supply.

Despite being assured we had a steady supply of the organic Coconut oil (our main ingredient), at a very good price- this sadly and suddenly turned out to not be the case. Unfortunately, we have not been able to secure another supply of this ingredient at a price which makes it viable to continue to produce Butter Me Up for retail sale.

In addition to this – we discovered that we would not be able to order any more of the tubs that we use, as the minimum order was going up to 50,000 units. As I am sure you are aware, we are a tiny business, and quantities like this, with the financial outlay they entail, are beyond our capabilities.

I know some of you will be very disappointed and frustrated that you can’t get BMU, and believe me when I say I am sorry. We really have given this product our all, and if there was any way around this break in supply in the short term – we would take it.

So, we are taking a break from supplying our products to retail stores while we regroup (and recover from two and half years of non stop work – grateful but tired!). There will be some sun, social life(!) and a trusty drawing board as we assess our next move.

We are looking at some ideas – perhaps an online store..?

In the meantime – we will still be out and about at events over 2017, you will see us next at…
