Plant-Based Mexican Feast Vol. 2

Chef Denise Vallejo of Alchemy Organica brings you a delicious Mexican vegan meal at Feastly. The menu includes Empanada de Hongo, Menudo, Ensalada de Espinacas, Chile Relleno, and Sabores de Maiz. Tickets are $60/person and can be purchased here.

Head to Tanaka Farms for a day of family-friendly fun. There will be food trucks, cooking demos, shopping, kids activities, music, and more!

 

Dairy Free (Vegan) Cheez Workshop

Long Beach, CA

If you've ever wanted to learn how to make your own vegan cheese, this is your opportunity! Jessica Ponce of Pure Salivation will be teaching the class at California Drifters. Tickets are $50/person and can be purchased here.

 

Raw Food, Vegan Cooking Class @ Suncafe

Studio City

Want to learn a new skill this weekend? Check out SunCafe's raw food vegan cooking class, part of their weekly series happening every Saturday. This Saturday, guests will learn to make feta vegan cheese recipes including Qunioa "Couscous" Fetal Stuffed Tomatoes, Endive Salad with Oranges, Pasta Ronaldo, Feta Appetizer, and Greek Salad. Classes are 90 minutes and cost $30 at the door. Click here to reserve your spot.

Vegan by El Zamorano Pop-Up

Gentle Barn Public Tours

Santa Clarita, CA

The Gentle Barn hosts public tours every Sunday between 10am-2pm. You'll be able to hang out with the animals and see all the amazing work this nonprofit is doing.
