Want to learn a new skill this weekend? Check out SunCafe's raw food vegan cooking class, part of their weekly series happening every Saturday. This Saturday participants will learn to make vegan cheeses including fermented, nacho cheese, sundried tomato ricotta, feta, and walnut cheddar. Classes are 90 minutes and cost $30 at the door. The Gentle Barn hosts public tours every Sunday between 10am-2pm. You'll be able to hang out with the animals and see all the amazing work this nonprofit is doing.
