S+M Vegan is partnering with Sgaia Vegan Meats, an outstanding UK-based food company, during their stay in LA for two very special feasts: a dinner and a brunch.
For this meal, S+M Vegan is taking on their and Sgaia's founders' Italian roots for a unique dinner that combines their expertly made plant-based meats and their passion for local produce and fresh bread, dairy-free cheese and pasta making.
An abundant platter of vegan charcuterie, cheese, freshly baked bread, and gems from the farmers' market.
Melon wrapped with Sgaia's pastrami and topped with tarragon, Sgaia's sliced herb roast with stone fruit mostarda, housemade provolone, crudités and romesco dip, blistered shishito peppers and olives, pickled radishes, grapes, arugula salad with mint, zucchini, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and freshly baked thyme focaccia.

Eggplant stuffed with Sgaia's ground aromatico burger and our fresh almond ricotta, baked in a zesty tomato sauce and topped with pangrattato, lemon zest and basil.
FETTUCCINE ALLA CARBONARA
Handmade pasta, a rich sauce, chewy morsels... all the decadence without the meat, eggs or dairy.
Fresh semolina pasta ribbons tossed in a creamy sauce flecked with black pepper and bits of Sgaia's bacon, and topped with parsley and our shaved vegan parmesan cheese.
Classic-style tiramisu, silky, addictive and not too sweet.
Coffee and almond liqueur dipped ladyfingers layered with mascarpone and cocoa powder.
