We were fortunate to receive an invitation to last week’s soft opening of the new Sprinkle Road Tap House at 5001 Park Circle Dr. just off Sprinkle Rd. This newest location of the Tap House, a Millennium Group restaurant, opened to the public this week.
New location, same delicious menu! This new menu offers a few tweaks over the other sites. We started with the Bahn Mi Fries, a new and yummy dish of sweet potato fries, pickled carrot, bell peppers, daikon, jalapenos, and cilantro. The trick with this dish is ordering it without the dynamite sauce as the sauce is not vegan. This certainly made for a tasty sweet and spicy starter!
We moved on to some of our longtime Tap House favorites. We ordered the Build Your Own Ramen Bowl with tofu. This dish consists of Japanese ramen noodles, mushrooms, edamame, scallions, cilantro, and jalapeno in a shiitake-miso broth. And, of course, we couldn’t go without ordering The Vegan Jack. These Tap Tacos are made of BBQ jackfruit topped with black bean & sweet corn slaw inside white corn tortillas. Click here for some of our other favorite tacos.
The Sprinkle Road Tap House offers many other vegan options including appetizers like edamame and chips and salsa. Many of the salads can also be made vegan with small modifications such as the Latin Grain Bowl. Quinoa Sliders are also featured on the menu. They can be made vegan when ordered without the lemon yogurt sauce and without the bun.
Other Millenium Restaurant favorites can be found here.
The new Sprinkle Road Tap House is the perfect choice for a night of drinks, fun, and food with friends. Why be stuck with boring bar food when you can enjoy this gorgeous, tasty menu? Head on over and tell them VegOut sent you!
