Three Carrots and Founders Brewing Present Baseball

From 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, head over to Three Carrots for baseball themed foods paired with awesome beer from Founders Brewing. Tickets required.

 

Wednesday April 18th

 

Earth Day at CTS: Chapel, Lunch, & Eco Justice Panel

From 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM, connect with the CTS green team over a free vegan/vegetarian lunch and a panel discussion on the efforts of diverse faith groups addressings Eco-Justice. The panelists will be: Lyle McKee, St. Thomas ELCA Church, Bloomington, Amy Barnes, Hoosier Interfaith Power and Light, and Aster Bekele, Felege Hiywot Center. You'll also learn more about the Green Seminary Initiative and meet members of The CTS Green Team.

 

Cooking class @ Ezras Enlilghtened cafe - Rewild your plate for ultimate well being

From 6:30 to 8:00 PM, join Chef Audrey as she talks about one of her favorite subjects – wild foods! Spring is in the air and wild foods are becoming available. Audrey will talk about why wild foods are vitally important to have in your diet and how they support the highest levels of health and wellbeing. Audrey will be demonstrating 4 dishes ~ tastings are included. You will also go home with recipes for each dish. Tickets required.

Indy Winters Farmers Market @ Growing Places Indy

The Growing Places Indy Winter Farmers Market is open November through April on Saturdays mornings from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. The vendors offer a variety of produce, baked goods, Indiana artisanal products and sustainable alternative household products. Sunday April 22nd

 

Whole food, plant-based pitch in @ Indianapolis Public Library

From 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM, meet with a group of local vegans with a dish that is 100% vegan, oil-free, and that is health promoting at the Indianapolis Public Library - Lawrence Branch.
